Barney Hellenbrand, CEO
Originally licensed in 1974, Barney started at A.L. Williams as a full-time recruiter in 1981 and attained the rank of VP. Having built an extensive sales organization, Barney became a member of the company's first two All American teams. Barney joined Amerishare Investors in 1989 as Senior VP and within 9 months was promoted to National Sales Director, having recruited over 1,500 agents within his first 18 months. At Amerishare, Barney became the companies largest recruiter, producing the most new agents and becoming the highest paid recruiter for the company.
Founding principal of HBW, graduate of UCLA, B.A. Political Science. Licenses include: Real Estate, Life, Securities Series 6, 63, 65, and 26.
Raymond Berry, Honorary Chairman
37 year National Football League career including 13 years as a Hall of Fame Player, 18 years as an Assistant Coach and 6 years as a Head Coach.
Raymond was part of the great Baltimore Colts teams of the late 50's and 60's and along with Quarterback Johnny Unitas formed one of the most potent passing tandems in NFL history. As Head Coach of the New England Patriots, Raymond guided them to their first ever Super Bowl appearance and was voted the 1985 NFL Coach of the Year.

Dan Ward, COO
Originally life licensed in 1981, Dan has extensive management and organizational experience in the life insurance industry as well as the Cable TV industry.
Armed with strong management and administrative skills, combined with a thorough understanding of the industry and multi-tiered sales, Dan has honed his effectiveness as a tight-ship executive.
Founding Principal of HBW, he attended Moorpark College. Licenses include: Life, Health, Securities 6, 63 and 26.
Joe Bonanno, Senior Vice President, Operations
Joe has more than 15 years' experience building and maintaining mission critical data systems. During his career, Joe has created internal forecast and reporting applications for academic institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining HBW Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. in 2005, he also worked at a newspaper as a sports writer, edited a science and technology dictionary, and played a pivotal role in several successful startup companies. In addition to his management role, Joe servers as HBW's chief technology architect. He developed and manages the system HBW uses today, which provides an unsurpassed level of hierarchy automation, flexibility and scalability.
A graduate of UCLA, Joe holds series 28 and 65 securities licenses.
